Hop shoots are sold in one pound bundles that contain approximately 200 shoots each. Shoots are harvested continuously to ensure freshness, and our harvest window runs about 14 days depending on weather. Bundles are sold for $35 each, and available for delivery in greater Portland. Harvest timing will depend on when all this snow melts, but we expect shoots to emerge in the middle of April, as they have in years past.
