We sell hops in a few formats throughout the year. During harvest we sell hops fresh off the bine, used for seasonal harvest beers. After harvest we sell whole leaf hops that are often used for sours. The majority of our harvest gets dried and processed into pellets, then used year round in a variety of beer styles.
