Spring/Summer/Seasonal Opportunities
2023 Order Fulfillment Specialists
We are seeking a part-time order fulfillment specialists for a four month period from March through June. This resource will be responsible for order packing, creating shipping labels, inventory management, and communicating shipping supply needs to management. The fulfillment specialist will need to work closely with our customer service specialist to track daily orders and manage client communication. A strong attention to detail is required for this position. Working knowledge of spreadsheets is desired, but not required.
We have multiple openings, and can offer flexible scheduling in the 10-35 hours per week range, with the potential for more hours during peak weeks.
2023 Seasonal Farm Tech
We are searching for a part-time worker for this coming growing season to assist the Farm Manager in daily operations. The Farm Tech responsibilities would include potential tractor work, irrigation setup and control, planting, harvest activities, manual labor activities, and potential oversight of farm laborers. Some previous farm experience is desired. This position is envisioned as ~10-30 hours per week, however scheduling would be quite flexible. Some weekend work would may be needed if possible.
Qualifications:
- Farming experience with tractor experience preferred
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
2023 Seasonal Laborers
Timeframe: We are seeking to hire seasonal employees from May through September..
Work description: We are a small commercial hop farm. Hops are a very labor intensive crop and our employees are very important to our crop’s success. All farm employees will work closely with the owners and our Farm Manager to complete daily tasks. The primary job responsibilities of our part time farm workers are:
Assisting with irrigation setup and repair, planting, twining, and training
Weeding by hand and with hand tools
Harvesting & processing hop cones
Hours: Work hours are variable but would likely entail 10-25 per week. We are flexible and willing to entertain candidates that may only have specific days each week free.
Compensation: Our pay rate is $16-20 per hour depending on previous experience. Employees are encouraged to attend and take part in several farm events throughout the growing season (open farm days, harvest party, end of season party).

- Farming or comparable manual labor experience preferred
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Stamina to maintain fast and accurate working pace all day
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
